Draw games
The Draw Games tab manages scheduled number lotteries. Each card shows the current jackpot, next draw time, current sales, price per line, contribution per line, and recent results.

Create a draw game
Select New draw game and configure:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Game name and description | Text shown in the machine’s Draw Games view. |
| Receipt accent color | Visual accent applied to the draw receipt. |
| Price / line | Cash charged for each number combination. |
| Contribution | Amount from each sold line added to the current jackpot; it cannot exceed the line price. |
| Main and bonus pools | Label, highest selectable number, and picks required in each pool. |
| Starting jackpot | Jackpot used for the first draw and after a jackpot win. |
| Interval minutes | Time between scheduled draws. |
| Claim days | How long winning or void-refund tickets remain claimable. |
| First draw (UTC) | Initial future draw time; available only while creating the game. |
| Enabled in machine catalog | Makes a non-archived game eligible for machine sales. |
| Fixed prize tiers | Payout for each unique main-match and bonus-match combination. |
The first draw must be in the future and no more than one year away. Pools, match tiers, prices, schedule, and claim window are validated against the limits in config/server.lua.
Edit for the following draw
Selecting Edit for next draw updates the game definition, but the currently open draw keeps its saved snapshot. The new name, pools, pricing, interval, claim window, and tiers take effect when the following draw is created. This prevents already sold tickets from changed rules after purchase.
Operational controls
Draw now
Draw now closes and resolves the currently open draw immediately. The server generates winning numbers, records winner counts, applies the jackpot rules, and opens the next scheduled draw. Use this only when an early draw is intentional; a confirmation dialog appears first.
Void and refund
Void & refund marks the current draw void and makes every issued slip redeemable for its original purchase price. You must provide the replacement draw time in UTC. Players redeem void tickets at a lotto machine just like a winner.
Voiding is the correct tool when an open draw must not be resolved. It is not equivalent to editing or archiving the game.
Archive
Archive removes the draw game from active administration and future machine sales. It does not erase its stored draws, tickets, purchases, or audit history. The action requires confirmation and cannot be reversed from the panel.
Draw history
Recent history records each draw’s sequence, status, scheduled time, jackpot, winning numbers, and winner count for every configured tier. The panel initially condenses longer history and can expand it with See more history. The server returns up to drawLottery.historyLimit entries, which defaults to 20.
Possible states are:
- Open — accepting lines for the scheduled drawing.
- Drawing — resolution is currently locked and in progress.
- Drawn — winning numbers and payouts are finalized.
- Void — issued slips are eligible for purchase-price refunds.
